This tiny windmill is one of a pair. It is definitely hand painted and has makers marks.
The triangular mark on the left looks similar to the one by the Pyramide factory. Nobody seems to know much about this factory.
Pyramide was located in Gouda and closed in the 1990s.
I could be completely wrong about these marks and if anybody knows otherwise, please let me know.
I have a plate that was made for me personally from this factory when I was born but it has some very strange symbols on the back the all seeing eye the sun and above that the King's mark what the hell is that? Has it something to do with the masons? Phillipraven@outlook.com
